Refund policy
At Cairo Brand, we take pride in our quality. Our policy is fully compliant with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

Customers have the right to return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery without cause, provided the item is in its original, unopened packaging and unused. In this case, the customer shall bear the full shipping costs (delivery and return fees) as there is no defect in the product.

30-Day Defective Return: If a manufacturing defect is found or the product does not match specifications, returns or exchanges are fully free of charge.

Refusal of Delivery: In the event of refusing or failing to receive the shipment upon delivery, the pre-paid shipping fees are non-refundable.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product to ensure it is in its original condition:

For Credit Card / E-Wallet Payments:
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days (subject to the customer’s bank policy).

For Cash on Delivery (COD):
Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or E-wallet (Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, etc.) under the name of the person who placed the order.
*Shipping fees will be deducted in the event of refusal of delivery or returns made without a valid cause.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, used or washed items, or items with broken seals/packaging, cannot be returned. Custom-made orders are also non-returnable.
