Cairo Brand conditions for a product to be Returned- Refunded:

  • Return should be within 14 days.
  • Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s damaged, washed or altered in any way. 
  • We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
  • Item has been lost (either internationally or nationally).
  • Item is damaged (physical damage of the product occurred during the shipping process, improper packaging that caused the damage)
  • Wrong/different items from what have been ordered (according to the description provided by the seller).
  • In case of receiving a physically damaged product(s) from the courier, the incident should be reported within 2 days starting from the delivery date ( including the regular and national holidays) to be able to take the proper action, reporting past this period will not be valid.
